Inconsistent Bug Tracking and Reporting

Without a good process, some issues can slip through the cracks or never get properly resolved. We bring consistency and clarity to bug tracking. Our QA Testing Process (Framework for Success)

First, our QA engineers work with your team to understand the project’s functionality, target audience, and use cases. We review specifications and designs to identify key areas that need testing focus. By knowing the ins and outs of the product and its business goals.

Next, we develop a customized testing strategy and plan. Depending on the project, this strategy outlines what types of testing are needed (functional, UI, load testing, etc.), test scenarios to cover, and the tools/scripts we will use (for example, defining which test cases to automate). We prioritize high-risk areas and define clear entry/exit criteria for the testing phase. This strategy serves as a blueprint to guide our QA effort aligned with your timelines.

Once the plan is in place, we assign the right QA specialists to your project. Our team has experts in web, mobile, game, and XR testing. Each member is briefed on the project scope and gets access to the necessary documentation and environments. They then prepare detailed test cases, test data, and any needed scripts. With preparations complete, our team executes the tests as per the strategy. We perform all agreed testing types: for example, functional testing of features, cross-browser checks, mobile responsiveness tests, VR device compatibility, performance benchmarking, and so on. We also continuously re-test (regression testing) after fixes to verify everything is resolved. This phase continues until the product meets our quality standards and all major issues are addressed.
