Why I’m Writing This
Every day, electricians, nurses, riggers, roof-fitters, and factory operators—people who keep the world running—step into situations where one wrong move can change everything. Traditional “watch this slide deck, then sign the sheet” training just isn’t cutting it. Only a quarter of frontline workers even feel properly trained.
At HapzSoft, we’ve spent a decade building XR (Extended Reality) experiences. What started as cool demos for gaming has become a full-on safety engine for real-world jobs. Here’s what we’re building—and what we’re seeing on the ground.

1. Roofing & Solar XR Safety Lab
Simulates high-angle work with real-time fall-arrest feedback. Workers learn to clip in, inspect anchor points, and recover from slips without leaving the ground.
2. ClearMind™ Hospital Code-Blue Trainer

Time-critical response drills for nurses and residents. Trainees practice airway management, sharps handling, and infection-control steps until it’s muscle memory.
3. Manufacturing Line Hazard Hunt

A digital twin of an assembly cell. Operators are scored on lock-out/tag-out steps and “find the pinch-point” challenges.
4. Defense Vehicle Egress Drill

Rapid-egress VR module for armored vehicle crews—zero live explosions, same adrenaline.Across pilot programs, we’ve seen near-miss reports drop by 30–40% within six months. That aligns with industry studies showing up to 45% injury reduction post VR rollout.

How We Make It Stick
  • Real physics, real pressure – Our Unity/Unreal-built scenarios run on Meta Quest 3. If a worker skips steps, the sim calls it out and lets them retry until they get it right.
  • Micro-learning > marathon courses – Short, 10-minute sessions workers can use between shifts. Low cognitive load, high repetition.
  • Data for the safety officer – Every session feeds dashboards with hazard trends, time to complete drills, and missed steps—so fixes happen before incidents do.
  • Device management that just works – Fleet-wide updates, kiosk mode, and remote lock make deployment smooth and foolproof.
What’s Next
  • AI co-pilots – Watch worker movements in real time and suggest corrections mid-sim.
  • AR overlays – Point your phone or headset at a machine and see step-by-step startup procedures hovering in space.
  • Cross-site benchmarking – Factories in different locations can compare safety performance instantly.
